Resize hundreds of photos to an exact width or a social preset in one pass. Crop every image to the same rectangle, or fine-tune each one by hand. Then compress to JPEG, WebP or AVIF and download the whole batch as a ZIP.

Pick Shopify, WordPress, Instagram or Facebook sizes, or type your own width and height. Choose whether to fit inside the size or fill it exactly.
Drag a box on any image with a locked aspect ratio, or set one crop and apply it to the whole batch.
Set a quality level and convert to JPEG, WebP or AVIF. See the before-and-after size on every file before you download.
Drop in as many as you like, or click to browse. JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF are all accepted. Nothing is uploaded — your files stay on your device.
Pick a size preset or type your own dimensions, set a quality level, choose an output format, and crop if you need to.
See the before-and-after size on every file, then download them individually or as a single ZIP.

The presets are the ones we actually needed for our own stores, rather than a generic list. Shopify product (2048 × 2048), WordPress featured (1200 × 630), Instagram square (1080 × 1080), Instagram portrait (1080 × 1350), Facebook cover (1200 × 630) and X (1600 × 900). You can also type any width and height, with an aspect-ratio lock.
Current dimensions for every platform: social media image sizes and Shopify image sizes.
Yes. There is no account, no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many images you process. Because everything runs in your browser, we have no server costs to pass on.
No. Your images are read into your browser's memory and processed on your own device. They never travel to a server. You can verify this by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads — the tool keeps working.
There is no hard limit. In practice a few hundred is comfortable on a desktop. On a phone, browsers cap how much image memory a tab can use, so very large batches or very large photos may fail there.
Fit inside scales your image so it fits within the target size without cropping, so the output may be smaller than the size you picked. Fill and crop scales and trims so the output is exactly the size you picked. Use Fill and crop when every image must be identical dimensions, such as a Shopify catalogue.
WebP for almost everything on a website — it is around 25–35% smaller than JPEG with universal browser support. AVIF for large hero images where the extra compression is worth slower encoding. JPEG if you are uploading to a platform you do not control.
AVIF encoding is computationally expensive and browsers do not include an AVIF encoder, so ShrinkFox downloads a WebAssembly encoder the first time you select it. That takes a few seconds, then each image takes a second or two to encode.
JPEG, WebP and AVIF are lossy formats, so yes — some data is discarded. At quality 80 the difference is invisible on most photographs. PNG is lossless, which is why the quality control is disabled when you pick it. Always keep your originals.
Yes. Open the crop screen and each image keeps its own crop box and aspect ratio. If you want the same crop everywhere, tick Apply this crop to all images and it will be applied, clamped to each image's bounds.
